Tired of Pink and White Acrylic???

If you are tired of pink and white acrylics you have options.  A natural looking acrylic enchancement is plain pink acrylic.  There are many shades of pink acrylic that can be matched to best suit your natural skin tone. If you are just simply tired of acrylic enhancements all together Gel Manicures are a good option also.  Acrylic will be stronger than gel nails but both provide a protective overlay that look great.

Bridal Pedicure

A dear friend married her love on 10.01.11.  This was her pedicure she wore on her wedding and honeymoon.

Halloween Gel Manicure

Gel Nails

Soak off Gel Nails are a great alternative to acrylics!  Little damage to a natural nail.  The gel actually makes your nails feel stronger and aids in nail growth.  I am currently using the Gelish line by Hand and Nail Harmony. The Gel Manicure is $35 and should last about two weeks.

Spidey-toes

The other day a young boy was in dressed as SpiderMan!  Too cute.  Anyway, I said hello and refered to him as his real name.  He quickly corrected me and said, "I'm SpiderMan!" Ok!

He came in with his Grammy and his expectant Mother.  He wanted to pick Grammy's color but she has a signature french manicure.  So he got to pick his Mom's color for her pedicure for the next day.  He picked red and I created a special design for the big brother-to-be and for the Doctor who will deliver his sibling. SpiderMan did not make it for his Mom's appointment.  I cannot wait to hear Spiderman and the delivery Doctor's response! May Mom have a quick and relatively easy delivery and may her bundle of joy be healthy.

Sorry the picture is not as clear.  But you can see the web!

Natural Nail Manicures

These are natural nails treated with Qtica's Natural Nail Strengthener! She comes every two weeks and has her nails manicured.  She uses the strengthener at home to maintain her nail growth.

This is what her nails look like after two weeks.  If you look closely you will see that after two weeks there are only a few chipped sides.  Home maintenance is key to beautiful nails.
